Life After Loss

Losing a loved one can sometimes feel like a hole has been torn in your heart and you don't quite know how to repair it. This episode is very near and dear to my heart.  Our guest Sika Smith will take us on her journey through the last 8 months.  She has experienced 4 deaths to include her brother-in-law, little brother (Rashaad Walker), her husband (Ryan Smith), and her mother-in-law.  She is a true SHERO  and she is using her voice to heal herself and help others become stronger each day.
